Returns a string containing the upcased characters in `self`:

    s = 'Hello World!' # => "Hello World!"
    s.upcase           # => "HELLO WORLD!"

The casing may be affected by the given `options`; see [Case
Mapping](doc/case_mapping_rdoc.html).
